1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, images, text, and designs displayed on this website are the sole property of Moonlight Atelier by Rosemarie and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial exploitation rights to the buyer.
• Restrictions: You may not scan, copy, print, or reproduce the artwork in any form for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from the artist.

2. Product Visuals & Color Variations

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of the physical artwork as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, Moonlight Atelier by Rosemarie cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will perfectly match the physical piece. Minor variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

All physical artwork is packaged securely and shipped from Illinois.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).
• International Orders: For buyers outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by your home country. Moonlight Atelier by Rosemarie is not responsible for these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by international customs processing.
• Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us at Rosemarie@moonlight-atelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the artwork.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
• Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
• Exclusions: Custom commissions or personalized artwork are non-refundable.

5. Governing Law

This website, your use of it, and any purchases made through it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms must be filed in a state or federal court located in Illinois.
